Objectives:
- Obtaining natural oils from seeds and grass as sources of flavoring substances in the laboratory phase
- Obtaining at pilot level and characterization of oils and flavoring substances (carvone and anethole)
- Definition and application of technological processes for semi-industrial production of natural flavoring substances: carvone and anethole.
