During the state of alert established on the Romanian territory due to the Covid - 19 pandemic, the National Service of Aromatic Plants and Hive Products reduces the working hours with the public to 3 days a week, the rest of the program will take place in telework.
The working hours with the public will take place from Monday to Wednesday, between 09.00 - 15.00, only on the basis of telephone appointments.
Emergency file analysis is temporarily suspended for the entire period of the alert state.
Under these conditions, the term for file analysis can be delayed by up to 7 days compared to the legal term, calculated from the moment of payment confirmation of the fees related to the request.
