The objective of the project: improvement of managerial, entrepreneurial and human resource management skills, as well as the ability to use and promote current and innovative management tools, methods, practices and standards for 510 managers, entrepreneurs and employees of the human resources departments in the potential sectors Competitive and high specialization: Tourism and ecotourism, Food and beverage processing and Textiles and leather, from the Central Region and supporting 48 SMEs in order to review / develop long-term strategic plans.
Specific objectives:
- Raising the awareness level regarding the importance and the need for continuous professional training among companies from competitive and highly specialized economic sectors - Tourism and ecotourism, Food and beverage processing and Textiles and leather goods in the Central Region through an awareness campaign aimed at at least 600 people (managers, entrepreneurs and employees from human resources departments) from at least 50 companies in the area, for 12 months;
- professional development of 510 managers, entrepreneurs and employees from human resources departments from at least 50 companies active in Tourism and ecotourism, Food and beverage processing and Textile and leather - economic sectors with competitive potential and intelligent specialization, from the Central Region;
- developing and testing a sustainable strategic planning framework among at least 48 SMEs in the sectors with competitive potential and intelligent specialization: Tourism and ecotourism, Food and beverage processing and Textiles and leather goods in the Center Region, over 10 months.;
