General objective: The overall objective of the project is to attract and to mention as many persons on the labour market in the northeast and south-east regions, in order to increase the occupancy rate for a minimum target group of 225 Pers (45 inactive persons, 90 pers looking for a place of Work, 68 long-term unemployed (of which at least 33 women and 18 young people), 22 Pers who left the school early) as a result of facilitating access to education, through vocational training and personalised counseling and assistance services, focusing on stimulating long-term unemployed Youth looking for a job.
Specific objectives:
OS1) Increasing awareness in the target regions in terms of geographical and occupational mobility of labour force, working conditions, labor market developments, legislation, advantages and employment opportunities, Promoting the FPC and entrepreneurship, the importance of combating long-term unemployment among young people, equal opportunities, and sustainable development through 2 information and awareness events.
OS2) Facilitating access to specialised information services, professional counselling, career guidance, counselling for personal development for a GT of minimum 225 pers, but also at entrepreneurial training services for 205 Pers, through Establishment of two regional centres, which will ensure further sustainability of the project.
OS3) Ensuring long-term sustainability by providing an integrated programme for at least 225 beneficiaries (45 inactive persons, 90 pers in search of a job, 68 long-lasting unemployed (of which at least 33 women and 18 young people), 22 Pers who left school early) for increasing employability and improving occupancy by promoting lifelong learning and facilitating access to vocational training programmes related to labour market requirements.
OS4) improving occupancy capacity and supporting at least 15 people to access to the labour market through specialized mediation services..
