General objective: Identifying the incidence of food risk behaviors and new approaches to informing consumers about food quality
Specific objectives:
Documentary study on food labeling systems used in European countries, in order to inform consumers correctly
Analysis of the perception of the researchers, processors and retailers in the field of nutrition, regarding the content included in the nutritional labeling system of foods and the way of their transmission
Analysis of the food products consumers’ perception regarding the content included in the nutritional labeling system of foods and the way of their transmission
Legislation proposal regarding IT extension of the nutritional labeling of foods by using the QR code
Dissemination of the results
