Specific objective 17.1: Quality systems and integrated management - technologies and flow control - in order to minimize the levels of contaminants that may appear during the technological process

Budget: 1.800.000 lei

The objective of the project: informing and raising the awareness of consumers, food business operators and food quality control authorities on food fraud.

Specific objectives:

substantiation of preventive measures through 3 studies and researches on food frauds for 5 product groups;

combating food fraud by developing an innovative pilot alert system;

ensuring food security at national level by developing a conceptual model in the field of food fraud based on the forecast of socio-economic risks and the evaluation of their effects.
